Raipur: Chhattisgarh CM Bhupesh Baghel ran on the running track after inaugurating the state's first FIFA approved synthetic football ground and running track in Jagdalpur. Meanwhile, Lokeshwari, a girl from Chitrakoot, told Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel that her father had died 15 years ago and that she and her brother were unable to study because of their poor financial condition. Chief Minister Baghel directed the in-charge of Bastar district to sanction financial assistance of Rs 3 lakh.

He also hoisted the tricolor nearly 100 feet high in memory of those who lost their lives.
