The Maharashtra Police has issued a list in the past, in which there are names of those who, after breaking the rules of traffic, instead of paying the fine, has given the department a statement. This list also includes the name of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. Apart from this, it includes the name of the transport minister. The traffic police department has introduced ethe -challan system recently against such people in the state. But due to some issues of people, the amount of penalty of Rs.111 crore has not been recovered yet. The names of many big people are included in those who do not pay fines. 

Apart from Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, the list includes people like State Transport Minister Divakar Rao, MNS chief Raj Thackeray, and Youth Affairs chief Aditya Thakrey. In fact, Chief Minister Fadnavis uses two vehicles and both of their vehicles have violated 13 traffic rules from January 2018 to August 2018. A total of 13 thousand rupees have been imposed on them. Apart from this, the state Transport Minister has also been fined one thousand rupees.

Recently, Kerala Governor P. Sathasivam has been asked to pay the fine of the penalty imposed on him for violating the speed limit of his government vehicle two months before his office, presenting an example among the common people. Raj Bhavan's official said that former Chief Justice of India Sathasivam was not riding his car Mercedes Benz at that time. Despite this, he ordered to pay the fine.
