CM Ashok Gehlot gave a big gift to the Health Department of Rajasthan on Wednesday. CM Gehlot discussed through video conference from CM residence on Wednesday. In which he was addressing the inauguration program of super specialty blocks in Bhilwara and Bharatpur Medical College buildings and Bikaner, Udaipur and Kota medical colleges prepared at a cost of Rs 828 crore. He told that by expanding these facilities people will get good health services.

CM said that due to uneven geographical conditions, the cost of delivering health services to inaccessible areas in Rajasthan is very high. In view of this, the central government should provide additional resources to the state. CM said that the state government has resolved that government medical college facilities should be available in all 33 districts of the state. He urged the Union Health Minister, Dr. Harsh Vardhan to approve the opening of Government Medical College in Jalore and Pratapgarh, given the odd circumstances and by relaxing the rules of the private medical college.

1.CM Gehlot said that Rajasthan is ahead in the country in fighting the Corona epidemic.
2. On the other parameters including mortality, recovery rate, doubling rate, Rajasthan's condition is much better than the big states of India and national average.
3. Mobile OPD vans were operated in the state to provide health services to non-Covid patients.
4. A new policy has been introduced in the state to provide relief to people suffering from serious diseases like Silicosis.
5. CM Gehlot urged the Union Health Minister to formulate an action plan at the national level to eradicate this deadly disease.

7. Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Harsh Vardhan said that the Central Government has implemented the scheme on the basis of first come first serve in the backward cities of the country.
