Himachal: On the question of threatening the media on behalf of Chamba DC in Himachal Pradesh, Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said, a full investigation will be done into the case of media bullying. The Chief Minister said that DC Chamba has apologized after writing his name on the foundation stone plaque. Explaining further, Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said in his statement that from COVID-19, the economy has lost a total of Rs 30,000 crore.
There is a loss of 1300 crores in the first quarter of the financial year 2020-21. The expenditure of the government has increased by 737 crores. 950 crores of the same revenue losses have been received from the center. 300 crore has also been given to the state by Central Technologies. The Chief Minister said that COVID-19 should not do opposition politics under threat. Further, the Chief Minister said that the opposition is living in a world far from practical. He said that the opening of the temple will be considered after August 15. If there is some kind of improvement in the situation, then some thought can be given on these discounts.
On the other hand, there have been 69 Corona positive cases in the state on Saturday. A case has been reported in Chamba, 43 in Sirmaur, 13 in Hamirpur, 4 in Kullu and Shimla. Himachal Pradesh Energy Minister Sukhram Chaudhary's wife has also been found to be Corona positive. 13 Corona positive cases have come up in Sirmaur district. The report of Baldev Singh Tomar, vice chairman of the State Food Supply Corporation, has also become Corona positive. BMO Rajpur Dr. Ajay Deol has confirmed this.
