Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has made a big announcement in Budhni of Sehore district and announced to start the 'Ladli Behna Yojana.' He said that one thousand rupees will be given to the dear sisters every month, and also said that a grand medical college will be built in Budhni at a cost of Rs 400 crore, the foundation stone of which will be laid soon, the Mahayagya of development will continue in Budhni.

Addressing the program organized at Budhni in the district on Saturday, on the occasion of Narmada Jayanti, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan made a big announcement to start the Ladli Behna Yojana in Madhya Pradesh. He said that the way the state government is running the Ladli Laxmi Yojana for the dear daughters. Similarly, today I announce to start 'Ladli Behna' Yojana for my sisters.

CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that all my sisters, irrespective of their creed, caste, and community, would be benefited equally from the Ladli Behna Yojana. The Chief Minister said that under the Ladli Behna Yojana, one thousand rupees per month would be deposited in the accounts of all sisters. Further, he said that this Yojana is being started to empower all those sisters, whose families do not pay income tax and who come from poor and middle-class families. He said that even if the woman is already benefited from any Yojana, she will also get the benefit of this Yojana. CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan further said that a grand medical college will be built at Budhni in the district at a cost of 400 crores, for which I will come back soon to lay the foundation stone and told him that the Mahayagya of development in Budhni will continue.
