Because I was busy arranging oxygen for the sick.'' At the same time, CM Shivraj Singh announced the making of Jabalpur Engineering College world level. In the meantime, he exhorted the youth that "not only people between the ages of 15 and 45 are young. Every person who has motion in his feet and the spirit to do something in his chest is young. Youth is one who has big dreams and for whom the word impossible has no meaning.''

He also appealed to the youth to dream and work to fulfil them. Thinking big will lead to some great achievements.
