Refusal to treat covid patient free of cost will not be tolerated: CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan

Bhopal: In Madhya Pradesh, the government is taking new steps to treat covid patients at a rapid pace amid the corona crisis. Day by day, continuous efforts are being made by the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Amidst all this, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan is meeting daily on corona control. Let us also tell you that Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan held a review meeting of Karona late last Sunday evening. During the meeting, CM Shivraj gave strict instructions. In fact, the meeting was held by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan through a VC from his residence.

 

 

During the meeting, he discussed corona control with the officials. Meanwhile, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that "All districts should be strictly focused on preventing corona infection, excellent provision of corona treatment in hospitals as well as post covid care. In case of post covid side effects, patients who are in home isolation or covid care centres should be admitted to hospitals or post covid centres as per the requirement of treatment". Meanwhile, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has taken a tough stand on private hospitals refusing to treat Covid and said, "Any private hospital affiliated under the Mukhyamantri Covid Treatment Scheme, if the beds are vacant, refuse to treat any covid patient eligible for the scheme free of cost, it will not be tolerated".

 

 

He further said, "Free arrangements are also being made by the government for treatment of black fungus after covid, 2,000 amphotarecin injections are being sourced from Gujarat by air to treat it in Madhya Pradesh". At the same time, he said, "Corona infection has decreased in the state, but we do not have to be a little careful. Everyone should wear masks, keep distance between each other, as well as strictly follow the corona curfew. Action is being taken against not wearing of masks, non-compliance of corona curfew".
