Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has said that he works for 18 hours daily. While talking about this, Shivraj gave credit to yoga and pranayama due to the dedication of the Ayurvedic center. He said that only with Ayurveda and Yoga, the body can remain completely healthy. The Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister also praised the role of Ayurveda and Yoga in fighting the Corona epidemic.
On Tuesday, Shivraj Singh Chouhan inaugurated Panchkarma Super Specialty and Wellness Center, Silver Jubilee Auditorium building in Bhopal. Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, ''If there is a complete health, it is only through Ayurveda and Yoga. I work for 18 hours out of 24 hours.''
CM Shivraj said that Ayurveda is a complete discipline. Allopathy has a different doctor for every disease. Ayurveda tries to identify the disease and diagnose its root cause. Both have their own specialty. The importance of Ayurveda is being accepted by the whole world today. On the role of Ayurveda in fighting the Corona epidemic, Shivraj said, "After Covid, the sting of Ayurveda is circumscribing all over the world. During corona, "Ayurveda and Yoga" was the only way. India is a very ancient and great nation. We have a known history of more than 5,000 years. When the sun of civilization did not rise in the world, the Vedas were written here.''
