Bhopal: Today is the death anniversary of the country's first woman External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj. Sushma Swaraj passed away on this day (6th August). Several leaders including the Madhya Pradesh CM have paid homage to Sushma Swaraj on her death anniversary. First of all, State Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan tweeted and wrote, "Today Sister Sushma Swaraj is missing a lot, we have left all today two years have passed, but it always seems that she is among us. His affectionate image is still in front of his eyes. She will always be remembered for the work she did to serve society and the nation. Humble tribute on death anniversary!''

He further wrote: "On the death anniversary of Sushma Swaraj, the first woman external affairs minister of the country, she will always be remembered for her humble tribute, for her soft-spoken and energetic statement. Your nationalist thoughts will always inspire the people of India for patriotism." Besides CM Shivraj, State Home Minister Narottam Mishra has also tweeted. In this tweet, he wrote, "Blaming each other cannot solve any problem but only unanimously. Sushma Swaraj 100 000 salutations and humble tributes on the death anniversary of former External Affairs Minister, energetic speaker Revered SushmaSwaraj. Your principles and thoughts will be an inspiration to all of us throughout our lives.''

Madhya Pradesh Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang also tweeted. In this tweet, he wrote: "A soft-spoken and energetic speaker synonymous with Indian culture, a former Union Minister, a beloved, Padma Vibhushan, paid a humble tribute to Sushma Swaraj on her death anniversary. Apart from him, VD Sharma also tweeted." In a tweet, he wrote: "BJP State President VD Sharma tweeted an emotional tribute to senior BJP leader, energetic speaker, popular politician, former External Affairs Minister, and Padma Vibhushan awardee Smt Sushma Swaraj ji on her death anniversary.''
