Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan today greeted the citizens of the state on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. In fact, CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has conveyed his congratulatory message and said, "I pray to Goddess Mahalakshmi to bring happiness and prosperity in everyone's life.' He has written, 'Happy Deepawali to all of you!'

At the same time, he has also said, "There were a lot of difficulties during the Corona period and the economy was also affected. The state government is concerned about the health of all the people. It is not only our aim to achieve a 100 per cent target by administering another dose of corona prevention vaccine to all the people of the state, but also to provide a safety cycle to all. For this, the cooperation of the people is necessary. Madhya Pradesh has worked in many areas of development in the last one and a half years under adverse conditions. We are at the forefront of many schemes in the country. It is also a basis for enhancing happiness and inspiration for all of us on Diwali festival.''

Further, the Chief Minister has said, "He is determined to give all his strength and take every moment for the development of the state. He will continue to work at full capacity and continue to serve the State. They will leave no stone unturned and will scale up efforts for a prosperous and self-reliant Madhya Pradesh. It is confident that public participation will make these efforts a success.''

At the same time, he said, "Indigenous earthen lamps and sculptures should be used in respect of the hard work of our own artisans without using materials and firecrackers made in China or other countries. The burning of earthen lamps not only maintains our old tradition of celebrating the festival but also helps in making the livelihood of small clay craftsmen beneficial. Our doing so gives financial and mental strength to the potters. No doubt, it is through our efforts that the Deepawali of the artisans also becomes meaningful.''
