No compromise on divinity of Kumbh; CM Tirath Singh speaks 'No restrictions on devotees'

Dehradun: Uttarakhand CM Tirath Rawat said that no restriction will be applicable to devotees visiting Haridwar Kumbh except for the Corona guidelines issued by the Central government. Pilgrims from the country and the world can come to the Haridwar Kumbh region. CM Rawat said that necessary tents will be built, toilets and all Mahamandeshwar will be provided with space and other facilities.

On Saturday, CM Tirath Singh Rawat launched various development schemes worth about Rs 120 crore at a function organized at the media center under Haridwar Mahakumbh 2021. He further said, "The government is committed to the grandeur and divinity of mahakumbh." After the order of allotment of land to Shankaracharya and Bairagi akhadas, Dharam Sansad was established with Bhojan Puja in the land found earlier at Haridwar Kumbh Mela and for the camp of Shankaracharya Swarupananda Saraswati Maharaj. Earlier, CM Tirath Singh Rawat had announced no ban at Kumbh and invited everyone for Kumbh bathing.

However, at the same time, Shankaracharya Nagar was duly launched at Nildhara in Haridwar. The program was attended by a large number of Sadhus Sant and IG Kumbha Sanjay Gunjal including Swami Mukteswara Saraswati Maharaj.
