Uttarakhand CM fully recovered from coronavirus, resumes office from Delhi residence

Dehradun: Three days after being discharged from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, Uttarakhand CM Trivendra Singh Rawat started functioning from his residence in Delhi on Tuesday. Giving information, a government spokesperson has told that, "CM Trivendra Singh Rawat has started functioning from today. He has started settling the files from his residence in Delhi today after the quarantine period.

Rawat was admitted to AIIMS in Delhi on 28 December for treatment of corona. He was discharged on 2 January after all the investigative reports came back to normal. Rawat has since been living in his home in Delhi in Quarantine. Earlier on December 18, CM Rawat was confirmed to be infected with coronavirus, after which he started living in solitude at his residence in Dehradun.

Later, after a mild fever, he was admitted to Doon Hospital on 27 December, where he was taken to Delhi AIIMS the next day after a mild infection was found in his lungs. Along with CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, his wife Sunita Rawat and daughter Kriti Rawat were also found to be corona infected. Now the health of both of them is also fine.
