Mumbai: Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray has said on Sunday that we are withdrawing all cases against those protesting against the proposed Metro car shed in ARY. He said, "We withdraw the case against those who were protesting against the proposed Metro car shed in the ARY. The proposed car shed project has been shifted from ARY to Kanjur Marg. '
CM Thackeray said that the project will be shifted to a government land in Kanjurmarg and there will be no expenditure. He said, "land will be provided at no charge. He said that the building that has been erected in the forest of Ary will be used for any other public purpose.
Maharashtra CM and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray said, "Rs. 100 crores were spent for this purpose and it will not go waste. He said that the government had earlier declared 600 acres of land as jungle, but now it has been revised to 800 acres. There will be no violation of the rights of tribals in the Ary forest.
