Mumbai: The controversy over Sai Baba's birthplace is deepening. The angry Shirdi people have announced Shirdi bandh indefinitely since Sunday. However, the bandh did not affect the Sai Darbar. But the devotees who reached Shirdi are facing a lot of problems. All shops in Shirdi are closed. Due to the closure of hotels, people are not getting food.

Chief Minister and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray (CM Uddhav Thackeray) on Monday called the citizens of Shirdi and representatives of Pathri to Mumbai for a meeting. CM Uddhav Thackeray will try to settle the dispute through talks with both sides. It is noteworthy that this dispute has started after CM Uddhav Thackeray's announcement of giving Rs 100 crore for development at Pathri in Parbhani district, about 270 km from Shirdi.

Some devotees consider Pathri to be the birthplace of Sai Baba and claim to be the research material for this, while the people of Shirdi say that the birthplace of Sai Baba is unknown. Now on this matter, Maharashtra CM Uddhav Thackeray wants to meet people and resolve the dispute.
