Karnataka CM B.B. S. Yeddyurappa has been discharged from the hospital. After getting the holiday, the Chief Minister has quarantined himself. According to a statement issued by the state government, Coronavirus-infected Chief Minister BS Yeddyurappa has recovered completely. His corona report has now come negative, after which he has been discharged from a private hospital. The Chief Minister was admitted to the Manipal Hospital on August 2.

The Chief Minister has thanked everyone for their prayers after getting leave from the hospital. Yeddyurappa said, "I have been discharged from the hospital and will live in a quarantine." However, it is unclear how long he will live in self-quarantine. The Chief Minister said that he is hoping to return to his daily work soon. Yeddyurappa also thanked the doctors, nurses and hospital staff who treated him. He also thanked all the citizens who wished him a quick recovery.

7178 new cases of corona have been reported in one day in Karnataka. While 93 people have died. Talking only about the capital city of Bengaluru, there have been 2665 new cases of corona in one day. 5883 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours in Tamil Nadu. So far 290907 people have been corona infected. For the first time on Saturday, more than 100 people have been reported dead due to corona in the state. According to statistics, 118 people died on Friday. With this, the total number of infected people who died in the state has increased to 4808.
