Lucknow: Seem Yogi Adityanath of Uttar Pradesh has launched a strong attack on women's protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). According to media reports, he said that some people do not have enough courage to agitate themselves, so the women and children of the house have been seated at the crossroads. Speaking at a rally organized in support of CAA in Kanpur, Yogi Adityanath also said that violence will not be tolerated in the name of protest.

Yogi Adityanath further said ,"These people do not have courage to participate in the protests themselves. They know if they indulge in vandalism, their property will be seized. Now what have they done? They started making the women sit at roads. The children have been made to sit. It's such a big crime that the men are sleeping under the quilt and the women are made to sit at roads. It is shameful."

Yogi Adityanath also targeted those who raised slogans of independence. He said, 'If the slogans of freedom were once used in Kashmir in the name of protest, if you do the work of raising such slogans, then you will fall in the category of treason. Then the government will work to take strict action on this. It cannot be accepted that by staying on the land of India, there should be an exemption for conspiring against India.
