Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is going to inaugurate an important app related to the education system today. Its name is Prerna App and Prerna Web Portal. Through this, the attendance of teachers and students in the schools of Basic Education Council can be monitored from the mid-day mill. CM will launch it at Indira Gandhi Foundation. Project Director of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Vijay Kiran Anand said that teachers have to register school attendance through Prerna App.
They have to take selfie with the children and upload it on the app. Assessment of students 'learning output in council schools and Kasturba Gandhi Girls' Schools will also be done through the portal. Through the portal, the Chairman and Vice President of the School Management Committee will also upload photos of other activities including regular meeting of the committee, prayer meeting, sports and uniform distribution through the app. Officers inspecting schools will also have to upload photos on the portal and the app.
The Adarsh Adjusted Teachers Welfare Association and Uttar Pradesh Distance BTC Teachers Association have supported the Prerna App. Association President Jitendra Shahi said that the Prerna App will improve the condition of schools and increase the quality of education. The president of the association, Anil Yadav, said that the Prerna App will increase the credibility of the council schools. Let us tell you that the government has been very much disgusted with the case of giving salt and bread to children in a mid-day mill in a school in UP these days.
