Lucknow: Preparations for the Bhoomi Pujan for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya are going on in full swing. On 5th August the foundation of the temple will be laid. UP CM Yogi Adityanath has urged people not to gather in Ayodhya for the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony. In the wake of Coronavirus infection, there is an urge not to mobilize, so that social distancing can be followed and the epidemic does not get out of control.

Earlier on Wednesday, the Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Trust, which is handling the responsibility of the temple, has also urged that people should not gather in Ayodhya on the day of Bhoomi Pujan. A video of the Trust's General Secretary Champat Rai has been released on behalf of the Hindu Council Center, in which he appealed that 'you are requested not to come to Ayodhya". He said that The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi temple construction movement started in the year 1984.

"It is natural that many people desire to be present on the historical occasion. However, it is impossible to do so in the situation arising out of the Corona epidemic". On this occasion, PM Narendra Modi will pave the way for construction of Ram temple by laying silver bricks in the foundation.
