Greater Noida: Construction of Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath's dream project Film City is expected to begin soon. The final DPR of the film city to be made in Greater Noida has been received by Dr. Arun Veer Singh, CEO, Yamuna Authority. DPR will be studied and sent to the state government as hard and soft copies.
He says construction work will start by the end of October after the approval of the final DPR. Talking to the media, he explained the main points of the final DPR and what will be prepared at what stage. A company called CBRI has prepared the final DPR. CBRI has modelled the preparation of Pink City in three models. The model will be approved by the state government. Based on the same model the film city will be produced. All three models are designed as PPP models.
The spinal DPR has a master plan to make the film city in three phases. Studios will be created in the first step. Village parks will be constructed in the second phase. In the third phase, all the incomplete works will be completed and the film city will be ready. With the preparation of the film city, not only western Uttar Pradesh but also the youth of the surrounding regions will get employment and the entire Uttar Pradesh will be on the path of development.
