Jaunpur: The state's CM Yogi Adityanath has adopted a strict attitude in the case of burning of houses of Dalits in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. CM Yogi has immediately ordered the imposition of NSA on all the accused including the main accused Noor Alam and Javed Siddiqui. Strict action has been issued against the station in-charge and instructions have been issued to provide immediate accommodation to the oppressed Dalits.

It is worth mentioning that in Jaunpur district on Tuesday evening, there was a fight between two children on the goat and buffalo grazing after the violence incidents in two sides. During this time, half a dozen huts of Dalits were set on fire by the accused. As soon as the information of the case was received, a large number of police forces led by the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police reached the spot. In Bhadethi village under Sarai Khwaja police station in the district, on Tuesday evening, buffaloes were feeding and two class children who were feeding goats got upset about something. The dispute of children reached the elders. A large number of people from both sides came on the road armed with sticks and batons and got beaten up. About 10 people have suffered injuries in this incident.

The police force and fire brigade vehicles reached the spot as soon as the incident was received and the fire was controlled. In a while, the District Magistrate and Superintendent of Police also reached the spot with full staff and spoke to the victims. In this case, the police and administration have assured to take strict action against the culprits.
