If you are thinking of making something special and sweet, then you can make coconut laddoos. They are very easy to make and you can have a different pleasure in eating them. 

Ingredients for making coconut laddoos-
Coconut filings 200 g
Sugar 150 g
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Cashew nuts (chopped) 12-15
Almonds chopped (12-15)
Desi ghee 2 tbsp

Method of making coconut laddoos - First of all, put desi ghee in a pan and heat it. At the same time, when the ghee is hot, add the coconut filing and fry on the media flame for 2-3 minutes. After this, when the color of the burada starts to light, add a cup of milk to it and fry continuously with a spoon. In a while the coconut filing will start to become wet sticky. After this, add sugar to it and mix it with a spoon. After that, run it with a spoon until the sugar is completely dissolved in the mixture. If the sugar has dissolved, add cardamom powder, chopped cashewnuts and almonds and fry for 2 minutes by mixing it with a spoon on medium flame. Then turn off the gas and remove the mixture into the plate. After 2 minutes, the mixture will be slightly cooled, then take a little mixture on the hand and press it in the fingers, prepare the round shaped laddoos and wrap it in coconut jars. Wrapped in a coconut jar, the laddoos will look beautiful in appearance. Finally, from all the mixture made coconut laddoos in exactly the same way and wrapped in the filings. In the end, store the laddoos that are ready.
