5. Coffee may protect your brain in old age. Hence, leading to reduced risk of Alzheimers and Parkinsons

6. People who drink coffee have a much lower risk of Type 2 Diabetes

7. People who consume coffee have a lower risk of liver diseases

8. Coffee drinkers have a much lower risk of depression and suicide.

Here's the bad part of coffee

1. Coffee can cause anxiety and disrupt sleep. Hence, people who suffer from anxiety should avoid coffee.
