New Delhi: Delhi-NCR people are yet to get relief from the cold wave. The winds will continue for the next two days. Dense fog occurred in the entire NCR, including the country's capital, on Sunday morning. This has caused a huge problem to the drivers.

Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 5.7 degrees Celsius, with a decline of 0.9 degrees Celsius on Saturday. The maximum temperature was recorded at 15.3 degrees Celsius, 5 degrees below normal, the lowest in the last six years. Earlier in the year 2014, the maximum temperature was recorded at 14 °c on 17th January. The winds continued to intensify throughout the day. The people stayed in the houses even after the holiday.

In Delhi, Aynagar was the coldest area, with a minimum temperature of 5 degrees Celsius, while Jaffarpur recorded a temperature of 5.1 degrees Celsius. The maximum temperature was also seen to fall on Sunday. That is why there was a feeling of a cold day.  According to the Met department, the minimum temperature is likely to be 7 and 8 °c once again. The department's maximum temperature on Monday can be 17 and the minimum temperature is 8 °c.
