6 Easy ways to wear Colored Eyeliner
Share:

Till 2017, we all remember enhancing our eyes with a sexy slick of black khol. It was our easy makeup trick to have a glamorous look. But in 2018, we are going to include some of the trendy colours to our traditional black khol. The bold eyeliner looks are heading to hit the fashion trend. Plus, summer is on the way, and nothing says sunshine, cocktails, and parties like a bold eye.
So these 6 ways to wear coloured eyeliner are about to paint your makeup imagination…

LOWER LASHLINE:
You can be complex or go fearlessly with this technique. Plus, you don’t actually need to invest in an eyeliner. We find that a bright eyeshadow does a great job of lining the lower lashes. If you have a white eyeliner, use this to line your waterline, which will highlight your coloured liner.

TWO-TONED:
Mixing two or more colours is much IN. Using similar tones, like purple and pink or green and blue looks divine can make even more of a statement. Either clash your liner with an eyeshadow or layer your tones on top of each other.

GO GRAPHIC:
Play with glitter liner for a dinner date or try lines for partying and festivals. Liquid eyeliner has a super fine nib for precise and easy application, plus it’s waterproof, so it’s perfect for summer shenanigans.

COLOURFUL CAT EYE:
Switch out your black cat-liner and update to colour staple look. If you’re not brave enough yet, try navy or cobalt blue. For a blurred liner, use your black eyeliner and then pack a brightly pigmented eyeshadow shade on top using a small dense brush.

INNER AND OUTER CORNERS:
Add a pop of colour by using coloured liner on the inner or outer corners, or both. We love the look of using it on the inner lower lash line.

GO BOLD:
Whether you choose to line your full lower lash line and upper lash line in rich colour, or you want to pop with a neon shade, bright colours are meant to be seen. You can use liquid eyeshadows as thick eyeliner at the moment, especially as liquid eyeshadows tend to last and stay in place much longer than powders.
