Billionaire Elon Musk has challenged Twitter CEO, Parag Agarwal. This challenge has been given to make a public debate on fake accounts and spam. Amid the legal battle of the $44 billion deal, Musk's challenge has surprised everyone. In April this year, Musk had said he would buy Twitter by bidding on security and exchanges. The company is ready for this deal, so Musk backed out of it. Musk said- Twitter is showing the wrong number of spam and bot accounts in the SEC filing.

Subsequently, Twitter sued Musk so that, as before, the deal could be completed. In response, Musk also filed a countersuit and counterclaim. On August 6, Musk posted a series of tweets. In it, he said that if Twitter can tell him by giving him information about the sampling method of 100 accounts, and how those accounts are real, then the deal will be completed on the original terms. But the SEC filing looks wrong which should not be there.

Elon Musk also wrote that he challenges Parag Agarwal for a public debate. He was challenging him for Twitter boat percentage. He further wrote that he will have to prove that there are less than 5 per cent fake or spam daily users on Twitter. According to a report, a source close to the company said that due to the pending trial, there cannot be a debate outside. Let us tell you that earlier Parag Agarwal had said that the sampling method of the company regarding the boat is correct.
