Just a couple of weeks after Angelia Jolie was reported to be in talks with Marvel for their next big series, comes another interesting piece of reports. After the end of Avengers: Endgame, Marvel is already planning its next big franchise and this time it's the Eternals v/s Deviants. Though no official announcement about its lead starcast are out yet, recent reports suggest that comedian and Oscar nominee Kumail Nanjiani may join Jolie for the same. The Pakistani-American actor is negotiating for this project and if all goes well, he may star beside the Mr and Mrs Smith actress.

The Eternals is touted as one of two big projects that Marvel plans to roll by this year. It is based on the 1976 comic book series created by Jack Kirby. It revolves around near immortal superheroes and their clash with Deviants, who are evil in nature. While Angelina plays the character of Cersei, who's a part of the Eternals but prefers to roam freely among mankind, character details of Kumail are not known yet.

He was nominated for Academy Awards for co-writing The Big Sick with wife Emily Gordon and currently stars in the first Twilight Zone episode from CBS All-Access and exec producer Jordan Peele. Coming to movies, he's a part of Sony’s Men in Black: International and Stuber that stars Guardians of the Galaxy star Dave Bautista. Well, let's hope the talented actor comes on board and we can't wait to hear its official announcement.
