Muzaffarpur: A major decision on Jammu and Kashmir was taken on Monday and now Jammu and Litigation has been filed in the CJM court against PDP supremo and former Jammu and Kashmir CM Mehbooba Mufti and his own party MP Nazir Ahmed, Fayaz Ahmed, in the CJM court after the removal of Section 370 from Jammu and Kashmir in Muzaffarpur district.

Advocate Sudhir Odha has alleged that all the accused have made objectionable statements after the removal of Section 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. The court, on the other hand, has accepted the complaint. The court posted the matter for further hearing on the 17th of this month. Shyam Razak, Mehbooba Mufti, Nazir Ahmed, Mo in CJM court in Muzaffarpur. Fayaz has been on Omar Abdullah.

Now, what will be the next hearing in this case will be to be seen. The Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill 2019 has been passed in the Rajya Sabha on Monday. The Government moved a resolution in the Rajya Sabha on the removal of special status from Jammu and Kashmir and the removal of Section 370, which it was able to pass.
