Lucknow: The case of the disputed Gyanvapi complex in Varanasi, the city of Baba Vishwanath, is going on in the court on the one hand, while on the other hand, the police station has also reached. Jitendra Singh Bisen, appearing for the plaintiff in the court, has filed a complaint against the Anjuman Intezamia Masajid Committee, which oversees the mosque, at the chowk police station under section 3 of the Places of Worship Act, 1991. They have demanded action under Section 6 of the Act. Section 3 makes it a punishable offence to change the original character of any structure to another religious place.

Jitendra Singh Bisen, the chief of Vishwa Vaidik Sanatan Sangh and the uncle of plaintiff Rakhi Singh in the Shringar Gauri case, has registered a complaint letter on seven points in the name of Chowk SHO. He has also sent a copy of it to DCP Kashi. Referring to Section 3 of the Place of Worship Act, 1991, he said that the Mughal emperors had tried to demolish it to remove the temple. Later, an attempt is being made to erase the identity of the temple by painting and lime on the remaining part.

The mosque is under the management of Anjuman Samman Amankiya Masjid. Therefore, action under Section 6 should be taken against them. At the same time, SHO Ashish Mishra has informed that he has not yet received the complaint letter. Further action will be taken after an inquiry is received.

The lawyer claimed molestation:-

In the Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri case, the lawyer for the Hindu side Vishnu Shankar Jain has accused him of tampering with the evidence present in the mosque premises. He said that the Chakri present in the mosque premises was being taken away by some people. They were calling him part of the fountain. The CRPF caught hold of them and kept the goods back in the store. He said that the entire premises should be closely monitored. The matter is in court, so it is very important to handle the evidence. He has also expressed the possibility of tampering with the Shivlinga.
