In Assam, preparations for settling in illegal occupation of West Bengal have begun. Specifically, the administrative officers of the districts taking the state border have been instructed to make special arrangements. In addition to the governments of West Bengal, Mizoram and Tripura, intelligence agencies are getting this input too. People living in Assam, who have no document of any type, can move to these three states. According to the confidential information, in the last three days, three and a half thousand people have left Assam.

In the list of National Register of Citizen (NRC), there are no names of forty lakh people. Many of them have some documents issued by the state government, but they are not in the records of NRC. Such people are appealing to the government-appointed authority. There is a large number of people in these, who do not have any government documents yet. These people have started coming out of Assam.

A senior official of the northeast states, in the Home Ministry, says that West Bengal, Mizoram and Tripura are their first choice. Due to this, there is a large number of Bangladeshi people in areas that are bound along the border of these states. People coming from Assam will feel safe here and at the same time, they will get some help in starting a business.

However, the official says that such people will have to see the NRC list again late in the morning. Since these people are now seeing the safe shelter in West Bengal, they are turning to the same place. The administration there is also soft and supportive of them. To go to Tripura, they have to go a long way. It is not difficult for them to reach Mizoram. Some people have also reached there.

Bharatiya Janata Party's youth unit's national secretary Saurabh Sikandar and West Bengal Youth Wing chairman Debjit Sarkar said that the Trinamool Congress government is preparing to make the people stay coming from Assam. Alipur door is one such area. There was a shelter here for the flood victims. The flood has not come for the last four years, despite this, it is being prepared again. In the same way, there are many other areas, where the shelter will be given to the illegal migrants. According to Debjit, camps are also being held in Barasat, South 24 Parganas, Bahuipur and Purulia. Where the new camps are being created.
