Congress-AAP starts preparations for Punjab elections amid farmers' protest

New Delhi: Despite the ban on the entry of political parties into the agitation issued by the farmers in protest against the agricultural laws brought by the Central government, political parties have started preparing for the Punjab Legislative Assembly elections. The main opposition party of Punjab, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) and the national leadership of the Congress, Delhi Pradesh unit are also engaged in this work.

It is noteworthy that after almost a year, the Punjab Legislative Assembly elections are proposed in the beginning of 2022 and a large number of farmers from Punjab on the Delhi border have given political parties an opportunity to strengthen their base for the upcoming election. You have got some benefit from being in power in Delhi. The party, the government does not want to give any opportunity to know by hand, they are coming forward to show the sympathy of the farmers, which will strengthen their political ground in Punjab.

It started with the Delhi Police's government rejecting the demand that the stadium was sought as a temporary jail. Since then, every small and big leader of AAP, from Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, is appearing on social media only on the issue of the most active farmer movement.
