RJD to form alliance with BJP after Bihar bypoll

Patna: The rift between the Congress and the RJD has widened so much ahead of the upcoming assembly bypoll in Bihar that the Congress has now alleged that the RJD will form an alliance with the BJP after the bypoll. Bihar Congress in-charge Bhakta Charan Das has said that the RJD has fielded its candidate from Kusheshwarsthan, which has been the traditional Congress seat in the by-election, making it clear that Tejashwi Yadav no longer needs to join the Congress to form the government.

Bhakta Charan Das further said that is why RJD has sidelined Congress and will form an alliance with BJP after bypoll. He further said, "There must be some political ploy behind why the RJD did this to the Congress. It has become clear that the RJD will go with the forces against which we united after the by-election. If the RJD does not need 19 Congress MLAs, then who needs it is a matter of mathematics.''

On the other hand, RJD MP Manoj Jha hit back at the Congress allegation saying, 'Bhakta Charan Das's statement is both ridiculous and unfortunate. They have no understanding of the economic, social and economic Sansthan of Bihar. Being in charge of the Bihar Congress does not mean that bhakta Charan Das should drown the loot of the Congress. Bhakta Charan Das should have a little understanding of Bihar before being called in charge of Bihar.''
