New Delhi: Like Delhi, Punjab, Arvind Kejriwal has launched a free power stake in Uttarakhand, after which congress and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) have also entered 'power' politics. Uttarakhand goes to polls in February next year and just before that the political mercury has started rising.

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is going to contest assembly elections in Uttarakhand and due to which Delhi CM and AAP National President Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday announced in Dehradun that if Aam Aadmi Party gets power in Uttarakhand, it will provide free power up to 300 units. Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and Congress leader Harish Rawat has also made an entry in this 'power' politics over Arvind Kejriwal's announcement of 300 units of free power.

Harish Rawat has also announced that if the Congress government is formed in Uttarakhand, every family will get 100 units of electricity in the first year and 200 units of electricity free of cost from next year.  Replying to Kejriwal, he also said that if Uttarakhand's budget is equal to Delhi's annual budget, congress will provide free power up to 400 units.
