New Delhi: In the backdrop of the launch of a vaccination campaign against coronavirus in the country, veteran Congress leader Manish Tiwari questioned the process of sanctioning the use of the vaccine, claiming on Saturday that there is no policy framework to sanction emergency use of vaccines.
In a tweet, Congress leader Manish Tiwari wrote, "Vaccination has started and it is adobo-poor that India has no policy framework to authorize emergency use." However, two vaccines were allowed to be controlled in emergencies. Manish Tiwari said, "Covaxin has a different story. It has been approved without proper procedure." PM Modi launched the world's largest vaccination campaign against Corona on Saturday.
3006 vaccination centers have been set up in all states and union territories for the first phase. On the first day, more than three lakh health workers will be given a dose of the covid-19 vaccine. PM Narendra Modi said 30 crore people of the country will be vaccinated against coronavirus in the next phase.
