Bikaner: In Rajasthan, under congress rule, a Congress leader was severely beaten up by miscreants in Bikaner. The miscreants continued to beat Congress President Megh Singh in the village of Nokha in Bikaner with sticks and bats until he himself got tired. Megh Singh was badly injured in the attack. He has been admitted to PBM Hospital in Bikaner for treatment. This video of the beating of the Dehat Congress president is now going viral on social media. Singh reportedly suffered 10 fractures in his legs in the attack. No police case was registered in this regard till late Thursday night.

According to reports, Congress President Megh Singh, who is in the countryside of Nokha, was returning on Thursday after visiting his family as Deshnok Karni Mataji. Meanwhile, on the Bikaner-Nokha road, miscreants forcibly stopped near Himmatsar village by putting their car in front of Megh Singh's car. The attackers then pulled Megh Singh out of the car and started pelting sticks at him. Singh, who fell to the ground, continued to shout for his defence, but the miscreants continued to attack him. They continued to beat Megh Singh until they themselves got tired.

Meanwhile, some family members who were with Singh tried to save him, but the attackers also thrashed them. The crowd watched everything standing there. People kept making videos of Singh instead of saving him. The attackers also ransacked Singh's car with sticks. Later, when Megh Singh was badly injured, the attackers fled in their car. The family immediately took Megh Singh to PBM Hospital in Bikaner where he was treated.
