New Delhi: MCD Andaman was thrashed and harassed by Mohammad Asif Khan, a former Congress party MLA in the national capital. After a video of Asif Khan's misbehaviour became popular on social media, Delhi Police filed a complaint.

Asif Khan, a twice-elected MLA from Okhla in Delhi on a Congress party ticket, is seen attacking MCD personnel in the viral video. Asif Khan is also seen assaulting and humiliating municipal officials over the removal of hoardings. In the footage, Asif is seen whacking the staff with sticks. Furthermore, another video of Asif Khan, in which he is seen assaulting people passing by the road, has gone popular on social media. No one attempted to stop a Delhi Police vehicle from leaving. He also made snide remarks against Amanatullah Khan, an Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA from Okhla.

 

Following a video of MCD employees being beaten up, Delhi Police have filed a FIR against Congress leader Mohammad Asif Khan. According to Delhi Police, a case has been filed against former Okhla Congress MLA Mohammad Asif Khan based on a viral video. In which he is seen misbehaving with the people responsible for the dismantling of the posters.
