New Delhi: On Tuesday, Congress Lok Sabha MP K Suresh (K Suresh) stumbled and collapsed on Parliament grounds, and was rushed to Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital for treatment. After a meeting of opposition groups, he slipped and fell into the corridor outside the office of Leader of the Opposition in the Upper House Mallikarjun Kharge. According to accounts, he was given first aid on the grounds of Parliament before being transferred to the hospital.

Several opposition parties, including the Congress, have walked out of both chambers of Parliament in protest against the suspension of 12 Rajya Sabha members. Following that, opposition parties gathered in front of the Gandhi statue in the Parliament building to protest. Among them are the Congress Party, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP), the Trinamool Congress (TMC), and the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). Mallikarjun Kharge, the Leader of the Opposition in the Upper House, highlighted the matter of MP suspension and stated that there is no need for an apology.

He said that suspending MPs was against the rules and that it should be lifted. He said that lawmakers should have been given an opportunity to reply. KC Venugopal, on the other side, stated that we had boycotted the Lok Sabha sessions for the whole day. Chairman of the Rajya Sabha, Venkaiah Naidu, stated that action has been taken in accordance with the norms. He ruled down a plea to lift the legislators' suspension.
