New Delhi: Congress has released its manifesto for the Delhi Assembly elections on Sunday (February 2). In the manifesto, the Congress has promised to bring a strong Lokpal within 6 months. Along with this, the Congress has promised unemployment allowance of Rs 5,000 for graduate youth and Rs 7500 for postgraduate under Yuva Swabhimaan Yojana.

Main promises of Congress: -

- Launch 'Yari Start Up' Fund, under which funds will be provided to young entrepreneurs to open startups.
- Will bring strong Lokpal in 6 months
- Congress party will follow the principle of 'participation' as every policy will be implemented with the cooperation of the people.
Unemployment allowance of Rs. 5,000 per month for Graduate youth and Rs. 7500 for Post Graduate under Yuva Swabhimaan Yojana
- Industrial electricity Rs.6 / unit, so that non-polluting industries return to Delhi
- 3 kg pulses will be given to every bpl family every month for Rs 25 / kg and 1 liter edible oil for Rs 20
- All unauthorized colonies will be regularized
- Young entrepreneurs will be helped to open startups
- 35,000 crore rupees to be spent in 5 years to improve the welfare infrastructure of colonies
