Ranchi: Recently, Congress of Jharkhand has released its manifesto for the assembly elections on Sunday. At the same time, many attractive promises have been made to every family including jobs, loan waivers for farmers and metro rail in Ranchi. The Declaration also talks about enacting a strict law on mob lynching. RPN in charge of Jharkhand Congress Singh along with state unit president Rameshwar Oraon released the manifesto in Ranchi. While issuing the manifesto, RPN Singh said, "If a coalition government is formed in the state, then all the pending government vacancies will be filled in six months. Unless one member of every family is given a job, one member will be given unemployment allowance. The manifesto promises to give most jobs to women.

Congress promised metro and freecycle: According to the information received, women traveling alone can get free travel facility, waiving loans of up to two lakh rupees of farmers, metro line in Ranchi, Free Cycle to girls from families with income below  Rs. 10,000, stringent law against mob lynching, minimum support price of paddy to Rs 2,500 per quintal, petrol and dees VAT loss and in every village Internet access and other promises have been made.

At the same time,  Congress is contesting the assembly elections in Jharkhand in alliance with Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD). JMM, Congress and RJD are contesting 43, 31 and 7 seats respectively.
