New Delhi: Taking a major action against the rebellious Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot and his supported ministers and MLAs, the party removed him from deputy CM and ministerial posts. After the meeting of the Congress Legislature Party, Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said about the party's decision that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has tried to topple Congress government elected by the absolute majority under the conspiracy.
Surjewala said that there has been an attempt to destabilize the government by creating pressure through money and power force, through ED and income tax. He said that there was a conspiracy to buy Congress MLAs. Stunned by Sachin Pilot, he got involved in the conspiracy to topple the Congress government after being seduced by the BJP. Taking action on this, the party has removed Vishvendra Singh and Ramesh Meena from the posts of Sachin Pilot and Minister of Tourism and Food.
Surjewala said that in the last 72 hours, Sonia Gandhi tried to contact legislators through Rahul Gandhi with Sachin Pilot and other ministers. KC Venugopal spoke several times. Attempts were made that the pilots return, the doors open for them. If there are any differences, we will resolve them by talking but this did not happen. He said that Sachin Pilot and his fellow ministers are engaged in trying to topple the government. This is unacceptable. So some tough decisions have been taken with a very sad heart.
