Los Angeles, Conrad Hilton has been sentenced to two months behind bars for violating his parole, people has confirmed.

Hilton, the 22-year-old brother of Paris Hilton, admitted in court Monday to using drugs – which is a violation of his parole .

Hilton admitted in court to using marijuana, synthetic cannabinoids and cocaine.

US Assistant Attorney Alexander Schwab said, "The US Attorneys Office was satisfied with the sentencing and two months was the recommendation we made in court".

He further added, "Conrad has 48 hours from noon to report to jail. He has to report to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons. The US Marshals Service will arrange exactly where he will report to for his time."

Hilton has been on probation since 2015, when he plead guilty to making threats against flight attendants and passengers on a flight from London to Los Angeles in august 2014.

He had to be restrained after becoming violent onboard after allegedly smoking marijuana and cigarettes in an airplane lavatory.
