Even after taking effective measures like lockdown in India, the number of corona virus infected are increasing. After identifying their hotspot, the government has prepared a containment plan to keep the virus confined to the same area. In the event of further spread of the coronavirus in the hotspot area, the containment plan will be implemented. It has been explained in detail in the plan that what measures will be required to spread the virus and who will play what.

For your information, let us tell you that according to the Containment Plan released on Saturday, there is a possibility of coronavirus outbreak in some areas like H1N1 virus of swine flu. At the same time, most parts of the country will remain away from it. In such a situation, the task of keeping this virus confined to the same area will have to be done on a war footing. A slight omission in this may cause the virus to wreak havoc in other areas. The government fears that the possibility of outbreak of corona virus is more in densely populated areas of cities and less in open rural areas.

Apart from this, the Containment Plan, outlining the preparedness in the outbreak position of Corona, states that 81 percent of the patients suffering from it have symptoms of the disease in general. Only 14 per cent of the patients will need to be kept in the hospital and only five per cent are patients who will have to look at life support systems like ventilators.
