Yoga is very helpful in relieving these problems. With the help of these asanas every day, one can get relief from eye diseases. 

Wink eyelids
Blink your eyelids for every three-four seconds in two minutes. You will feel refreshed by taking a little time during work and doing this exercise. Blinking the eyelids keeps the eye fresh and hydrated. Continuous viewing of the screen of the computer causes the problem of dryness in the eyes. So do this exercise every 2-3 minutes.

Roll eyes round
Rotate the eyes clockwise 10 times and anti-clockwise 10 times. This is a great exercise to improve eyesight.

Give comfort to the eyes
Sit comfortably in a chair to rest the eye. After this, turn your head back and close your eyes for some time. Remain in this position for three minutes. Do this exercise at least 1 time a day.
