Ras malai or rossomalai is a dessert consumed mainly in India, as well as in Pakistan and Bangladesh. The name ras malai comes from two words in Hindi: ras, meaning "juice", and malai, meaning "cream".

It's summer time and cool-cool 'rasmalai' will make you feeling refresh.

Here, is the recepie of 'bread rasmalai'.

Ingredients-

- milk- 500ml

bread- 4-5

saffron- 4-5 stands

sugar- 1/2 cup

cardamom powder- 1/2 tea spoo

n ghee- 1 tea spoon

almonds- 1 tea spoon(chopped)

pista- 1 tea spoon(chopped) Direction:-

1. Boil milk till reduce to half.

2. Add sugar, saffron to milk, mix them and boil for few minutes.

3. Heat ghee in pan. lightly fry chopped almons, pista and add milk to it and stir well.

4. Add cardamom powder, switch off the gas and let the milk cool completely.

5. Take bread slices and cut them in round shape.

6. Place the bread pieces in bowl, pour the cold mixture over it.

7. Tasty bread rasmalai is ready to serve.
