Spain's legendary club Real Madrid made it to the quarter-finals of the Copa del Rey by defeating second division club Jaragoza 4–0 here. Real Madrid, under the supervision of coach Zinedine Zidan, started the match aggressively and took a 1-0 lead in the sixth minute with the help of Rafane Warren. After that, in the 32nd minute, Lucas Véquez scored a goal and doubled Real Madrid's lead.

The hosts team unilaterally won the match 4–0, thanks to goals scored by Vincius Jr. in the 72nd and Karim Benzema in the 79th minute. In another Copa del Rey match, Real Sociedad defeated Osasun 3–1 and secured his place in the final-8. For the winning team, Alexander Issac scored in the 33rd and 69th minutes while Martin scored in the 61st minute.

Mark Kadrena scored the only goal for Osasun in the 36th minute. In other bouts, Villarreal beat Ryo Valecano 2–0, while defending champions Valencia defeated third division club Cultural Lionessa in a penalty shootout. At the same time, atletic club Bilbao defeated the Second Division Tenerife in a penalty shootout to enter the quarter-finals.
