material -
Leftover rice or cooked fresh rice - a cup

Chopped Onion - A Fine

Medium size finely chopped green capsicum - 1-1

Finely chopped garlic - 1 tbsp

Green Chili - One

Frozen Maize - One Cup

Boiled peas - 1/2 cup

Salt - as per taste

Chili Powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Soy Sauce - One Teaspoon

Vinegar - One spoon

Szechwan Sauce - One Spoon

A little finely chopped spring onion

Olive oil - a spoon

Method -

For this, you first heat the oil in the pan.

After this, cut garlic and green chillies in the pan and stir them well.

Then add onion and capsicum to it and stir it well.

After this, now add corn grains and peas and stir well.

Then add rice and toss once more.

After this, add the remaining ingredients one by one and keep stirring continuously. Now your corn fried rice is ready.

Serve hot with chutney.
