Bengaluru: On Tuesday, the maximum number of 6,259 new cases of corona were reported in one day and 110 infected people died. The total number of corona patients in the state has risen to 1,45,830 and the number of dead has increased to 2,704. This information has been given by the Health Department. The department said that a record 6,777 infected people were discharged from hospitals after recovering during the day.
Out of 6,259 new cases of Corona that came out on Tuesday, 2,035 cases are from Bengaluru urban district. In the bulletin issued by the department, it has been said that so far 1,45,830 cases of corona have been reported in the state, and out of this, 2,704 have died. 69,272 patients recovered. The department said that out of the 73,846 infected under treatment, 73,212 are in a stable condition and are in isolation in designated hospitals, while 634 patients are admitted in ICU. The department said that so far a total of 14,89,016 samples have been investigated for Corona, of which 42,458 were examined on Tuesday.
