Dehradun: Due to Corona epidemic, every region of the country has been greatly affected. Meanwhile, the body of COVID-19 positive infected who had run away from Sushila Tiwari Hospital in the state was found lying in the bathroom in the basement of the hospital on the second day. The City Magistrate and the Kotwali Police inspected the opportunity. So far it has not been clear what reasons have caused the death of the infected. The hospital's MS says that the patient was suffering from diabetes, pneumonia and blood pressure disease before becoming positive.

COVID-19 positive patient resident of Gularghatti of Ramnagar was admitted to STH on August 1. On Wednesday morning, the patient disappeared from his bed in Ward C. After a lot of searching, the hospital administration gave information about the incident to the police of Kotwali. Police teams conducted searches from hospitals to the house of the infected in Ramnagar. But it could not be found.

Hospital's MS Dr. Arun Joshi said that the hospital team started investigating the patient from Thursday morning. His body was found in the bathroom near the mental disease ward. Told that he was suffering from diabetes, pneumonia and was undergoing treatment. On the information, City Magistrate Pratyush Singh, CO Shantanu Parashar and Kotwal Sanjay Kumar inquired with their team on the spot. According to Kotwal, preliminary investigation revealed that he went inside the ramp from the C ward to the basement. Here the son of the infected patient has demanded the district administration to investigate this incident. The matter is now being investigated.
