Bangalore: Cases of corona infection are also on the rise as schools open. Tell you that schools and colleges have opened in Karnataka only last month. Now 32 students have been found infected with a corona at a nursing college in the Kolar district of Karnataka. All these students have undergone corona tests in the last two days. Most of them are from Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The health minister has sought a report from the authorities and is also on a visit to the Kolar district today.

Karnataka Health Minister K Sudhakar said, "The corona test report of students of Karnataka has come positive. They have all returned from Kerala. I will visit the college and take action against the administration." In fact, the border of some districts of Karnataka is close to Kerala. The risk of covid infection in Kerala is quite high. More than 30,000 corona cases are being reported daily in Kerala. That is why Karnataka has become alert in view of the increasing corona cases in Kerala.

In Karnataka, 1,217 new cases of covid have been registered on Tuesday and 25 patients have lost their lives. With this, the total number of infected and dead has increased to 29 lakh 49 thousand 445 and 37,318 respectively. The health department said on Tuesday that 1,198 patients recovered during the day, raising the total number of healthy people to 28 lakh 93 thousand 715.
