New Delhi: More than 500 deaths have been recorded in the country for the second consecutive day. Not only this, the rate of getting infected has also increased. However, the daily sample investigation has not been extended yet. From day three, 2.80 lakh samples are being examined every day in which 9.59 percent samples were found infected, but on Saturday, 10.22 percent positive results were seen. According to the Health Department, the recovery rate in the country is continuously increasing. For the first time this rate has reached 63 percent. The department says that so far 62.92 percent infected patients have recovered and gone back to their homes. India has the highest recovery rate worldwide. According to the department, 28,637 were infected by Sunday morning. Apart from this, the figure of death of 551 was recorded. Meanwhile, 19,235 patients were discharged. There are 2,92,258 active cases in the remaining 8,49,553 cases. So far 5,34,621 patients have been cured. While 22,674 people have died.

More than 1.15 crore samples examined: According to ICMR, more than 1.15 crore tests have been done in the country. The number of laboratories has also reached around 1200. As of last Sunday, samples have been examined at 1194 training centers in the country.

12 per cent patients in India: Every day more than 22 thousand cases have been reported in India since last 9 days. In this case, 12 percent of the total number of patients are getting every day in the world. According to the Worldometer, on Saturday, India had 27,114 (12.60 percent) of the total 2,14,741 cases worldwide.
