The capital of the country is once again seen to be in the grip of covid-19. The figures of new cases are increasing every day. In Delhi, 1881 new cases of covid were reported on Sunday and the infection rate also increased to 2.35%. This is the largest ever figure after 13th December. On 13th December, 1984 cases were reported. 9 patients lost their lives in the disease.

In one day, 79 thousand 936 people were tested. With this, the covid recovery rate has come down to about 97 percent. The figure of active patients has increased to 7,545.  This is the largest figure of active patients after about 3 and a half months. 204 new hotspots have increased in 1 day.

So many patients recovering in a day: According to the Delhi government report released on Sunday, 952 more patients have recovered in 1 day in Delhi, but the number of patients active in the corona is continuously increasing due to higher recovery of cases as compared to new cases continuously for several days.

Number of hotspot zones crosses 1700: Where it has been revealed that 6 lakh 57 thousand 715 people have been infected with covid-19 in Delhi so far and out of these, 6 lakh 39 thousand 164 people have been cured by knocking covid. The total mortality rate in Delhi is 1.67%. Out of a total of 5,759 beds of Delhi covid Hospital, 4 thousand 361 are vacant. Now, 4 thousand 237 patients are undergoing treatment in 1398 isolation in Delhi hospitals. The number of patients in the hospital is continuously increasing and the number of patients in ICU is also increasing. The number of hotspot zones has also increased to 1710.
